Welcome to the nerve center of Bethel…the Church Office. Out of this bustling hub full of smiling faces flows all communication and organization that keeps not just Bethel, but several other ministries running smoothly. Here you can find links to all the administrative tools you might need, from information about upcoming events to forms to help you reserve the facility.
The Bethel church office is open Mondays – Thursdays from 9:00am – 4:30pm
Our facility is large and versatile, with a variety of rooms and venues that are highly sought after for events by our church family and our community. No matter what kind of event you’re interested in holding at Bethel, you’ll need to start by making a Calendar and Facilities Request. Please go through the entire form, even if you’re just date-checking. We will not “hold” a date without a completed request. All requests are presented to our Facilities and Operations Team and are subject to approval. Please allow two weeks to hear back from our Facilities Scheduler.

Those snazzy videos and graphics that promote Bethel events take time and sometimes money to produce. We have a crack team of producers who can make any ministry or event look and sound awesome, but help us…help you. Six to eight weeks before your event, carefully complete this Media Request and our Media Arts Director will follow up with you. Please submit the request even if you plan to create/provide your own materials. The Bethel Communications Team also has resources and instructions to help you get the most coverage possible from the graphics and/or video package you receive. The main thing to remember is…everything has a deadline. Plan far enough ahead, and your event can be well-promoted. Want to get something in the bulletin? Click here.
Are you interested in volunteering in any Bethel ministries? You can start here, and we’ll connect you with a ministry leader to complete the appropriate process. Depending on the area you’d like to serve, there are different requirements, for example all children and youth volunteers are background checked. This Volunteer Interest form will get the ball rolling. Not sure where you’d like to get involved? Click here to learn more about your options.
